A North Carolina native and LA transplant, Luke Stoddard attended Elon University with a major in Cinema & Television Arts and a minor in Art. Within his first semester, he created the pilot episode for his reality show, Reality Room, in the Fall of 2018. The show was green-lit and production began in the Fall of 2019. He has been awarded Elon Student Television’s Producer of the Year in 2021 for his work on Reality Room and its spin-off, Reality Room: Battle Royale.

Luke’s love for reality television began with CBS’s summer hit, Big Brother. After watching seasons from around the world, he knew that this was something he wanted to be involved in. In order to best prepare for a future in unscripted, he began watching and studying shows from a wide variety of genres and global markets to generate an encyclopedic-like knowledge of industry programming. His dream job is to be a story producer on a competitive reality show like Big Brother, Survivor, or MTV’s The Challenge, and eventually, produce his own competition reality show.

After living and working in Los Angeles in the Fall of 2021, Luke decided to move to LA immediately after graduating from Elon University in May of 2022 and has since worked as a production assistant on CBS Big Brother, Dancing With The Stars 31, and the Apple TV show Lessons In Chemistry. In May of 2024, he worked in Hawaii for season six of Temptation Island as an Associate Field Producer in the story department.

Since moving to LA, Luke quickly began working with several agencies that staff events ranging from major conventions, exclusive parties with A-List talent, and branded activations//pop-ups. His client list includes brands such as Netflix, YSL, L’Oreal, Drag Con, Adidas, Ivy Park, Spotify, and more! While working at Harry Styles’ Pleasing Pop-up in December 2022, he was scouted by an agent at NTA Model Management and signed to their agency in January 2023. Coming from a small town in North Carolina, Luke never saw modeling as an achievable profession. Outside of a single shoot in Fall 2021, he had no portfolio and no experience as a professional model. Since then, he's focused on building his body of work and learning the skills necessary to be successful in this industry. “I started not knowing anything about how to pose, how to find my lighting, or how to connect with the camera. I thought all you had to do was show up looking nice, and the camera would do the rest of the work! Obviously, I figured out that there’s a lot more skill and finesse necessary to capture that perfect shot.” After a year and a half of working in the industry, he’s recognized his potential to be a successful model. “Every shoot I do I see myself improving. Every model, photographer, designer, etc. has a unique perspective and has taught me something new. I’m like a sponge to new information, and I love seeing my growth from shoot to shoot.” He prides himself on his ability to take criticism and grow from it, knowing that every critique he gets is simply an opportunity to improve and grow as both a model and artist.

In March of 2024, he was invited to walk in his first fashion show for Don’t Eat The Homies. As a 5’9 man, he was always told he was too short for the runway and never thought he’d be able to walk in fashion shows. At his first show, he ultimately walked for three different designers and was promptly invited to join the elite group of models known as the SAS Angels. Since then, his relationships within the industry have garnered numerous runway opportunities, and he continues to perfect his craft as an androgynous, gender-bending runway model. In addition to being a skilled model, he is also an incredibly skilled makeup artist. Utilizing his fine arts education, Luke has received praise from MUAs and photographers alike for his signature natural makeup look. In fact, Luke proudly does his own makeup application for nearly every modeling job he’s booked. “I know my face, I know what works for me, and I know what compliments my features. Unless explicitly instructed otherwise, I like to show up with my face already finished. I come ready with makeup wipes in case the on-set makeup artist has a different vision, but I feel like I always get some brownie points for showing up 100% camera-ready and giving the MUAs one less thing to worry about. Plus, no matter what the scale or budget is, I like knowing that I’ll look my best no matter what.”

In addition to reality television and modeling, Luke also has a love for art. His experience mostly lies in sculpture, ranging from small abstract pieces, to furniture design, to ceramics. In addition to this, he is interested in architecture and design, as well as clothing design. To utilize this knowledge, he has worked as a production designer and set decorator on several music videos, live productions, and short films. He hopes to eventually be able to put his design style to work and design houses for reality shows.
