Lessons in Contrast

Shot by Jamie Nagel in April 2022. For this shoot, my friend and photographer, Jamie, wanted to do a project that focused on her use of contrast and negative space within her pictures. Playing with highlights and shadows, Jamie and I worked together to try and capture more dramatic and abstract poses. This turned out to be a great exercise in learning how to work with my light source and understanding how to interact with different lighting setups.
